Send customers a link to book themselves, or put your booking calendar on your website.
Get your link #
-
Settings → Calendars
Find your calendar in the list.
-
Share
Click the share icon next to the calendar, or at the top right when you are editing it.
-
Copy the link
Copy the permanent scheduling link. Paste it into texts, emails, your Google Business Profile or social media bios.
Add the calendar to your website #
-
Share → Embed Code
In the same window, copy the embed code.
-
Paste it into your website
In your website builder, add a custom HTML or code block on your booking page and paste the code. Publish the page and test a booking.
Good to know #
- A one-time link works for a single booking and then expires. Use it for a customer you want to book in personally.
- Opening the share window does not change links you have already sent.
- Change the look of the booking page in the calendar’s Advanced settings → Widget appearance.
- Add your booking link to automated texts, so leads can book without waiting for you.
Troubleshooting #
If the calendar does not show on your website, check the code was pasted into an HTML or code block, not a normal text box.
