Notifications tell you the moment a new lead, message or booking comes in, so you can reply fast.
Steps #

Allow notifications on your phone
iPhone: Settings → Notifications → LeadConnector → turn on Allow Notifications.
Android: Settings → Apps → LeadConnector → Notifications → turn them on. -
Choose what you hear about
In the app, open the menu (your profile picture) and go to the notification settings. Turn on what matters to you, for example new messages, new leads and new appointments.

Test it
Send a text to your Autopilot number from another phone and check the notification arrives.
Good to know #
- You can see recent notifications in the app’s Notifications tab.
- Too many alerts? Turn off the ones you don’t need rather than all of them, so you never miss a new lead.
- Focus or Do Not Disturb modes on your phone can hide notifications.
Troubleshooting #
If notifications don’t arrive, check they are allowed in your phone settings, log out of the app and back in, and make sure the app is up to date.
