Connect your Google Business Profile so Autopilot can show your reviews, help you reply and send customers straight to your review page.
Before you start #
- Your Google Business Profile must be verified.
- Sign in with a Google account that is an Owner or Manager of the profile.
Steps #

Settings → Integrations
Click Settings at the bottom of the left menu, then Integrations.

Google Business Profile → Connect
Find the Google Business Profile card and click Connect.

Sign in and allow access
Sign in to Google and allow every permission it asks for.

Choose your business
Tick your business location, search by name or postcode if you have several, and click Connect.
You can also start this from Reputation, where the setup list includes Connect Google Business Profile.
Good to know #
- Once connected, new Google reviews appear in Reputation → Reviews and in Conversations.
- Each business location is connected separately.
Troubleshooting #
If your business does not appear in the list, you signed in with a Google account that does not manage the profile. Disconnect and sign in with the right account.
If you see a warning about missing permissions, click Reconnect and allow everything.
