Your pipeline shows every job you are chasing, from first enquiry to booked work, so nothing gets forgotten.
The basics #
- A pipeline is your sales process, split into stages, for example New lead, Quoted, Follow-up, Booked.
- Each enquiry is an opportunity: a card on the board with the customer, the job and its value.
- As a job moves forward, the card moves to the next stage. Your board shows at a glance what needs doing.
- Every opportunity also has a status: Open, Won, Lost or Abandoned.

-
Add, rename or reorder stages
Add a stage name and use the arrows to put stages in order. Save when you are done.
Good to know #
- Keep it simple. Four to six stages that match how you really work beat a long list nobody updates.
- Automations can move cards for you, for example to “Quoted” when a quote is sent.
- If you delete a stage, you choose where its opportunities move first.
- Stage names must be different from each other within one pipeline.
