Log in to Autopilot in your web browser at app.77labs.ai, with the email address your account was set up with.
Before you start #
- The email address you signed up with.
- Your password. If you have not set one yet, or you have forgotten it, use Forgot password on the login page.
Steps #

Go to app.77labs.ai
Open app.77labs.ai in any web browser. Bookmark it so you can find it again quickly.

Enter your email and password
Type the email address and password for your account and sign in.

Enter the security code, if asked
When you log in on a new device or browser, Autopilot may send you a security code to check it is really you. It usually comes by email, or by text if a mobile number is saved on your user. Type it in to continue.

Check you are in the right account
Your business name shows at the top of the menu on the left. If you can see it, you are in.
Forgotten your password? #
On the login page, click Forgot password and enter your email address. You will get an email with a link to set a new one.
Good to know #
- Always log in at app.77labs.ai. Other addresses will not recognise your account.
- The same email and password work in the LeadConnector mobile app.
- Give each person on your team their own login rather than sharing yours. See the related article below.
Troubleshooting #
If the security code does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder, wait a minute and ask for a new code.

If you see a message that the security code cannot be sent, ask the Admin on your account to add your mobile number to your user, so the code can be sent by text.

If the login page just spins and does not move on, allow cookies for app.77labs.ai and try with any VPN or web protection software switched off.
If you see a message that your user does not exist, check you are on app.77labs.ai and that you typed the email address you signed up with.
