How to run a seasonal campaign

A seasonal campaign is a short, timed offer to your existing customers, for example a spring clean, a pre-winter check or a Christmas booking push. Here is a simple way to run one with Autopilot.

Steps #

  1. Pick the offer and dates

Decide what you are offering, to whom, and when it ends. A clear deadline (“book by 31 March”) works better than an open offer.

  2. Choose your audience

In Contacts, filter the people who fit: past customers, a service they had before, or an area. Save it as a smart list or add a tag such as “Spring 2027”.

  3. Make it easy to book

Have your booking link or an enquiry form ready, so every message has one clear next step. See How to share your booking link.

  4. Send an email

Create an email campaign with the offer, the deadline and a “Book now” button. See How to create and send an email campaign.

  5. Follow up with a text

A few days later, send a short text to the same group, in drip mode so you can handle replies. See How to send a text to a group of contacts.

  6. Send a last reminder

Just before the deadline, send one reminder to people who haven’t booked yet.

  7. Track the results

Move replies into your pipeline, and check email statistics and bookings to see what worked.

Good to know #

  • Three touches (email, text, reminder) is usually enough. More can annoy people.
  • Remove people who have already booked before you send reminders, for example by tagging them “Booked” and leaving that tag out.
  • Running the same campaign every year? Build it once as an automation and reuse it.
  • Not sure what to offer? Your most popular service at a good time of year is a safe start.
