Add the services you sell (and any products) once, with their prices. Then you can pick them in seconds when you build a quote, invoice or payment link.
Before you start #
- Make a list of your main services and standard prices, for example “Gutter clearing” or “Carpet clean, 3 rooms”.
- If a job is always priced individually, you can still add it with a starting price and change the amount on each quote.
Steps #

Payments → Products
Click Payments, then the Products tab.

Create Product
Click Create Product.

Name and description
Enter a clear name and a short description of what’s included. Customers see these on quotes and invoices.

Add a price
Enter the amount and currency (GBP). Choose one-time for a single job, or recurring for something billed regularly, such as a monthly maintenance plan.

Save
Save the product. Repeat for each service.
Good to know #
- One product can have several prices, for example small, medium and large house.
- Use Collections (under the Products tab) to group services if you have a lot of them.
- Add a photo to a product if you want it to show on payment links.
- Changing a product’s price doesn’t change quotes or invoices you have already sent.
