Move to a bigger or smaller plan, or cancel your subscription, from the billing page in your account.
Before you start #
- You need to be an Admin on your Autopilot account.
Change your plan #

Settings → Billing
Click Settings at the bottom of the left menu, then Billing. Your current plan is shown at the top.

Modify Subscription
Click Modify Subscription under your plan details.

Choose your new plan
Pick the plan you want and confirm.
Cancel your plan #

Settings → Billing → Modify Subscription
Open the same page as above.

Cancel
Choose to cancel, tell us why if you like, and confirm.
Good to know #
- A move to a bigger plan starts straight away, so you can use the new features at once.
- A move to a smaller plan, or a cancellation, takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Until then everything keeps working.
- Changed your mind? Go back to Modify Subscription and choose Keep My Plan any time before the change takes effect.
- Before you cancel, export anything you want to keep, such as your contact list.
Troubleshooting #
If you do not see Modify Subscription, check that you are logged in as an Admin. If you still cannot see it, email support@77labs.ai and we will make the change for you.
