Send customers a professional quote they can accept online. When they accept, you can turn it into an invoice with one click. In Autopilot, quotes are called Estimates.
Before you start #
- Add your logo and business details in Payments → Invoices & Estimates settings (the gear icon), so every quote looks right.
- Set up your services as products. See How to set up your products and services.
Steps #
-
Payments → Invoices & Estimates → Estimates
Click Payments, open the Invoices & Estimates menu and choose Estimates.
-
Create a new estimate
Click New. Choose the customer, check the estimate number and set an expiry date (how long the quote is valid).

Good to know #
- Statuses you will see: Draft, Sent, Accepted, Declined and Invoiced. The cards at the top show the value of quotes in each stage.
- Save quotes you send often as a template to reuse them.
- You can also create an estimate from a lead in your pipeline, so it is linked to that opportunity.
- You can send estimates automatically with the Send Estimate action in an automation.
