Check your AI assistants regularly, especially in the first weeks. You can read every chat, and see the summary, transcript and recording of every call.
Steps #
-
Calls: AI Agents → Voice AI → Dashboard & Logs
See your call numbers, then scroll down to the list of calls. Open a call to read the summary and transcript, play the recording, and see which actions ran (for example a booking or transfer). Use the Live/Test filter to show or hide test calls.
-
Chats: AI Agents → Conversation AI → Dashboard
See how many contacts the chat assistant handled, actions triggered and appointments booked, with a list of conversations below.
-
Everything in one place: AI Agents → Agent Logs
A list of all AI interactions, by agent, contact, channel and time. Click an agent name, or use the three-dot menu and View Details, to see the full conversation step by step.
-
Inside a conversation
In Conversations, open a chat and click the AI response info next to an AI message to see which part of your knowledge base it used.
What to look for #
- Answers that are wrong or out of date: fix your knowledge base.
- Questions it couldn’t answer: add them as FAQs.
- Customers who wanted a person: check that the handover or transfer worked.
- Calls that run long: tighten the instructions.
Good to know #
- Call summaries can also be saved to the contact’s notes. You can switch this in the receptionist’s post-call settings.
- Recordings appear only when recording is switched on for that call.
