How to reply to reviews from Autopilot

Read and reply to your Google and Facebook reviews from one screen. Replying to every review shows customers you care and helps your Google ranking.

Before you start #

  • Connect your Google Business Profile (and Facebook page, if you use it).

Steps #

  1. Reputation → Reviews

Open Reputation and the Reviews tab. Your reviews are listed, newest first.

  2. Write a reply

Open a review and type your reply. Thank the customer by name and mention the job if you can.

  3. Or use AI Reply

Click AI Reply for a suggested reply. Edit it so it sounds like you, then send.

Good to know #

  • Replies are posted publicly on Google or Facebook.
  • Reply to bad reviews too. Stay calm, say sorry where it is fair, and offer to sort it out by phone.
  • In Reputation → Settings you can set up Reviews AI to suggest replies, or to reply automatically to reviews of certain star ratings.
  • AI suggestions are free. Sending an AI reply uses a small amount of credit.
  • Other review sites can be monitored, but replies work for Google and Facebook.
