Credits are a prepaid balance in your Autopilot account that pays for texts, calls, emails and AI as you use them.
Why there are credits #
Your plan covers the Autopilot system. Messages and calls cost money to send, and every business sends a different amount. Credits mean you only pay for what you actually use, instead of a fixed bundle you might not need. Your current rates are always shown in your account.
What uses credits #
- Texts (SMS): every text you send, and texts Autopilot sends for you, such as replies to new enquiries and booking reminders.
- Phone calls: calls made and received on your Autopilot phone number, and buying and keeping the number itself.
- Emails: emails sent from Autopilot, including follow-ups and campaigns.
- AI on Take Off: replies from your AI chat assistant and calls answered by your AI receptionist are pay as you go. Cruise includes a monthly allowance, and Megaboost includes unlimited AI.
Where to see your balance #
Go to Settings → Billing. Your balance is shown in the Credits section. Click See Details for a list of everything that has been charged.
Good to know #
- Take Off starts with some usage credit. Cruise and Megaboost add usage credit every month. The amounts are on our pricing page.
- Some charges show up 6 to 24 hours after the text, call or email, so your balance may not drop straight away.
- If your balance runs out, texts, calls and emails can stop going out. Turn on automatic top-up so this never happens.
- Long texts count as more than one message, so keep automated texts short.
- For the current cost of a text, a call minute or an email, email support@77labs.ai.
